Before the ride: briefing and rules

Before the tour starts, you receive a short safety briefing covering:

• basic riding/driving rules and group conduct;
• safe distance and pace;
• what to do in unexpected situations;
• how to use any equipment provided (if applicable).
• During the tour, it is important to follow the guide/instructor instructions and avoid risky maneuvers.

Gear and what to wear

Depending on the activity, helmets and/or protective equipment may be provided. We recommend:

• closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing;
• sun protection (sunscreen/sunglasses);
• water;
• for higher-altitude routes, a light jacket/windbreaker (wind and temperature changes can be significant).

Participant requirements

Some tours have requirements related to age and documentation:

• to drive a quad/buggy, the driver may need a valid driving licence (Category B or equivalent);
• passenger age/height restrictions may apply;
• participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.
• If you are unsure whether a tour is suitable due to health or experience, message us in advance and we will help you choose the most comfortable option.

Weather and route adjustments

Routes and schedules may be adjusted due to weather or road/trail conditions. This is done strictly for safety reasons.

Insurance

Most activities include basic insurance coverage provided by the operator (exact terms depend on the specific tour).

Important: insurance typically does not cover cases involving unsafe behavior, violation of instructions, driving under the influence, or ignoring safety rules.

If you need extended coverage (e.g., travel insurance), we recommend arranging it separately before your trip.
